PROBLEM
1. Admission and recruitment professionals were not hired until months after the launch of RELLIS. This meant there were no systems in place to capture data and lead generation or to communicate to inquiries.
2. Even after a couple of years, those responsible for admissions and recruitment did not have the capacity to create plans for new segments and offerings.
solution
1. I worked with IT to implement Salesforce and Pardot as the official database and CRM. Additionally, since we coordinate communications and efforts with nine other institutions, I outlined a communications workflow to illustrate when and what RELLIS is responsible to communicate and when the partner institutions were to lead communications.
2. a. Crafting customer journeys is one of my strengths. When there was a new offering or audience, I would outline what makes the new segment unique to the previous audiences. Then based on the parameters (timeline, offering, tools), I would create a communications plan that maximizes the available platforms.
2. b. I created templates and guides for RELLIS' email campaigns. It asks questions that cover segments, desired timeline, incentives, keywords, landing page, and KPIs
